For 12 years, Aging Solutions Plus has helped older adults and their families navigate the transition to board and care. Our four homes are intentionally small, with only six residents in each location. This creates a calm, familiar environment and gives our team more opportunities to provide personal attention throughout the day.
Unlike large facilities with dozens or hundreds of residents, our staff-to-resident ratio remains incredibly low. This allows our clinical administrators to notice even the subtlest changes in a resident’s physical health, cognitive patterns, or dietary habits.

Owner Sergey K. brings 10 years of experience as a physician in Europe and more than four years of geriatric nursing experience in California. He created Aging Solutions Plus to combine medical understanding with the warmth, dignity, and consistency of a family-style home.
His unique background guarantees that clinical protocols inside our homes—from medication distribution systems to specific Alzheimer’s and dementia monitoring—are run with supreme accuracy and professional care.
Team & Clinical Oversight
Our care team assists residents around the clock. Staff members are selected carefully, complete required background screening, maintain required training, and support residents with activities of daily living. A nurse is part of the care team, and a consulting pharmacist supports medication oversight. Exact services are based on each resident’s assessment and care plan.
